Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The item must be unused and undamaged.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging, where possible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For the benefit and security of both parties, we strongly recommend returning your package using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace).

Once we have received and inspected your returned item and confirmed that it meets the return requirements, your refund will be processed as soon as possible using the original payment method.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or if the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
